This is the heart of what we do. Whether you want a light touch look at your current operations with some new practices and procedures put in place, or a fuller package covering service standards, staff training and recruitment support, we build it around exactly what your business needs.

New Business Consultation

If you’re starting from scratch, we begin with a fully comprehensive one to one consultation lasting around two hours, covering as much ground as possible and going deeper into whatever you need the most help with.

This is a small investment that means you start your hospitality business well equipped and ready to hit the ground running, giving you the best possible chance of thriving rather than just surviving.

Ongoing Mentoring

Some businesses get everything they need from their initial package, but for others it’s not goodbye at the end, we’re still here if you need us. Whether that’s questions by email, another call, help researching or contacting suppliers, or a hand pulling together food hygiene documents, checklists and rotas, we can help.

If you’re already open, whether that’s been one month or two years, and you feel like you’re constantly firefighting, this is also where we come in. We work with you on an ongoing basis: stepping back to see things clearly, working through things together, and helping you get to a place where your operations run smoothly and you’re actually enjoying it.

Launch Day

Launch day is often manic and anxiety ridden, so let us take away some of the pressure by being there as another point of call for your team: to run a last minute errand, figure out last minute logistics, deal with and solve problems, and generally take the edge off. We’ll welcome your customers like they are ours and be part of your team for the day.
