With over 20 years in hospitality, I’ve worked pretty much every side of the industry, from the floor to General Manager to running my own café. I’m Donna, and I’m based in West Lothian, near Edinburgh.
My love for hospitality started young, on a visit to The Moat House in Glasgow. Watching the buzz of the staff and the atmosphere of the place, I remember thinking, this is it, this is what I want to do. It’s been more than a job to me ever since.
