We like to start all clients with a fully comprehensive consultation – and it will quite possibly be all you need to get started and know what you are doing, as we really will cover as much as possible!
This will be a one to one session (lasting approx 2 hours) where we can outline everything and delve deeper into the areas that you want us to focus on and need the most help with.
We’ll ask you to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire to get an understanding of you, your working background and what stage you are at before our session: are you just at the idea stage, are you ready to go, are you somewhere in-between or are your doors open and you need to hit the reset button?

- Answering your questions
- Sourcing key suppliers
- Discussions to think about the direction the business will take
This is a small investment, enabling you to start your hospitality business well equipped and hit the ground running. This is about ensuring you have the best chance at success and don’t fall into the trap of fire fighting and survival as opposed to thriving and enjoying it. If you could buy a manual you would – and this is better.
Price – £200 (£50 deposit to confirm your booking and £150 on the day)
