So whether that’s another in person/video call consultation, answering your questions via email, researching something for you and contacting suppliers/services for you, pulling together some Food Hygiene documents, checklists, rotas etc

We can help you set up an account with a recruitment agency, write job descriptions and job adverts, come up with interview questions, carry out interviews with you or for you, run recruitment open days before launching. This service is not only useful to someone new to the industry but to share some of the workload for hospitality professionals opening a venue.

Training Packs and Training Days
We can support and work together with you on what training is needed and the details that need to go into the training – including culture, values, order of service, customer service, operations – down to specific coffee training, food prep, drinks making and specs. Launch Day
Launch day is often manic and anxiety ridden. So let us take away some of the pressure by being there as another point of call for your team, to run a last minute errand, to figure out last minute logistics, to deal with and solve problems and generally take the edge off. We’ll welcome your customers like they are ours and be part of your team for the day.
